Prayer with TC

I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest.” – Isaiah 62:6

“Jacob set up a stone pillar at the place where God had talked to him, and he poured out a drink offering on it; he also poured oil on it.” – Genesis 35:14

“May my prayers be set before you like incense …”  – Psalm 141:2

“You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.”  – Psalm 56:8

Because we believe that God invites us to participate in His work in the world through prayer, “Culture of Prayer” is one of the core values of Trinity Canton and has been since our beginning in 2012.

In that time, we have held special times of prayer, have had prayer rooms in our facilities, and have always had a prayer team praying behind the scene during our Alpha courses. We have partnered with 24-7 Prayer International ( to post our prayer rooms and use their resources.

We host a Zoom Prayer meeting on (generally) the third Wednesday of each month from 7:00-8:00 pm to pray together for personal, local, national and global issues. We also spend time listening to God and exploring the practice of prayer. If you are interested in participating in these prayer times contact for the Zoom link.

We also maintain an updated prayer list called Oil, Incense, and Tears sent out to prayer watchmen via email, always protecting individual privacy. To request prayer or to join the Oil, Incense and Tears prayer force, email

Prayer schedule during the run-up to November 3rd:

A pandemic. Economic and social disruption. Wildfires. An election. These are but a few reasons we ought to run into the arms of our faithful God for assurance, guidance, and love. In late October and early November, TC will be uniting in prayer and we encourage you to join us in one of two ways:

Wednesday evening, 28 October, 7-8pm: TC-wide prayer meeting over Zoom (all are welcome; simply email to get the Zoom link details).

Pray each day in the run-up to Nov. 3: Get started in prayer each day with these set prayers–one to help you each day, from 26 October to 3 November! These prayers have stood the test of time and capture much of what we want (and perhaps ought!) to express in prayer!
